About this campaign

Our daughter Nala started having cluster seizures this morning. We rushed her to the Village Veterinarian Hospital in Canastota, NY. The veterinarian diagnosed her with status epilepticus (a life threatening neurological condition causing her to have continuous grand Mal seizures). At the present time she is sedated on IV valium therapy to stop her seizures. As of now we are looking at $1,000.00 m

She is the Baby of my two cats we rescued her as a baby and she rescued me as well. I’m a Disabled army vet to only has my cats and my husband they are my life!

Nala is the most loving cat who starves for attention. She loves to be held and she loves snuggling in bed with me. She knows when I’m down and need her.

We found her at 6 weeks old abandoned on a farm very sick close to death and after 6 months nursed her to health. She started having seizures about a year ago with no explanation why.

I’m a disabled army vet on a fixed income And with looking at a vet bill over 2,000 I don’t know what to do. I’ve contacted every veteran resources I could and I’ve come up empty and don’t want to lose my baby girl
