Nala is a 2 Year Old Mix-Breed in Norfolk, VA, Who Needs $2,000 for Stomatitis Extraction.

Nala became a part of our family in September of 2024. She was the only cat in the shelter that didn’t run up to us or try to get our attention. My family has always been dog lovers but that has changed with Nala. She helps me as my emotional support animal and I want to make her as happy and comfortable as she makes me every day

A few months ago Nala refused to east for three days and when I took her to the doctor they said she has stomatitis and she was most likely not eating because of the pain she was in with her gums. It hurts that right now I can’t afford to stop her pain like she does for me.

Nala loves affection, back scratches are her favorite! She loves watching TV and her favorite movies are the live action Lion king and the Batman Animated movies. Her favorite person in the whole world is my little cousin she follows her around and cries when she leaves home. She loves trying to type on my keyboard while I work (she isn’t doing anything but don’t tell her that lol)

In order for Nala to be healthy she needs extractions of the most problematic teeth and a cleaning and biopsy of her gums to see if her condition is chronic. The total right now being $2500. It will most likely become a full mouth extraction.
