About this campaign
Nala came into my life three months ago and has quickly become an important part of our family. She was given to me to provide emotional support and companionship while I recover from a traumatic brain injury. Since joining our household, she has been a source of comfort, motivation, and unconditional love during a challenging time in my healing journey. Nala lives with me and my three children.
Nala is currently being treated for a front leg injury that requires her to wear a splint to stabilize the affected limb and promote proper healing. Since the injury occurred, she has been receiving ongoing veterinary care, including examinations, bandage and splint changes, pain management, and follow-up evaluations to monitor her recovery. She is being treated at Kingston Animal Hospital.
She came into our lives during a difficult period while I was recovering from a brain injury, and she has provided emotional support, encouragement, and a sense of purpose throughout my healing journey. Nala has a gentle, affectionate personality and enjoys being close to her family. She loves spending time with my three children and has formed a strong bond with each of them.
Our family is facing significant financial challenges due to ongoing medical expenses and a loss of income while I recover from a brain injury. Nala is much more than a pet to us, she is a source of emotional support, comfort, and companionship.
