Nala is a 6 year old Rottweiler in Stevens Point , WI, who needs $2,000 for Surgery.

Nala was a gift to me from my sister after my dog of 13 years passed away. Nala healed my broken heart and stole it when she came home at 8 weeks old. She has started limping right before Christmas, and now is favoring her back leg again after playing. I want to get her healed again. She is my baby, my snuggle bug, my best friend and I don't know what I'd do without Nala.

Nala started limping before Christmas. She was doing better, but tonight while playing she stepped wrong and started favoring her left back leg again. She is currently being seen at Point Area Veterinary Clinic in Stevens Point, WI

Nala is a sweetheart and loves everyone. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, but protects her family. She loves all animals and have a bunch of friends. She still has a lot of years left.

Nala's injury is unexpected. She's being treated with medication, but I feel like it may require surgery to repair the injury. Nala is only 6 years old and could benefit from the surgery if needed. I don't have an emergency fund to pay for an expensive vet bill.
