Nanook is a 5 month old Siberian Husky in Huntley, IL, who needs $2,000 for Fractured Femur and Femoral Neck.

We have just adopted Nanook. We previously adopted what would be his best friend, Willow. The two puppies are inseparable. They were playing, and Nanook fell off of the chair, breaking his leg in two spots. We are looking at a vet bill in the thousands to set it and not remove the leg. We are devastated. I don't know how to cover the vet bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

He's just 5 months old, putting him in a splint is going to hurt his growth in his leg. He has to stay in a splint to keep it steady for surgery. Help!!!

He is training to be a therapy dog for our foster kids. We have fostered 60 children. Most of them have anxiety issues and depression. Mostly teenagers. The two dogs we have are helping them to cope with the loss of their families.

We are in a loss of funds caring for this animal and the kids we continue to take in. I am self employed. I recycle pallets for a living, and the winter is always slow with not a lot of money coming in.
