Neemo is a 14 year old Mix-Breed in Kansas City, MO, who needs $1,000 for Supportive Treatment for Diabetes and Pancreatitis.

Neemo came into my life in 2010. My son had originally adopted Neemo but was unable to keep him when he joined the military.
We have been together now for almost 14 years. He has been with me through life’s up’s and downs. Through several moves which were harder on him than me, but he is just the sweetest boy! And my best friend.

When Neemo was just two years old we had our first major problem he had swallowed a crinkle toy and had a blockage. He had a big major surgery with some complications.
Fast forward to 2 years later and I kept noticing him coughing like he was coughing up a hairball, but nothing came up. I took him to the vet to find out he actually had asthma. Fast forward to today he has diabetes and pancreatits

Nemo loves to follow me around the house literally from room to room just talking away! He is the most talkative cat I’ve ever owned. He loves to cuddle and be near me all the time. If I leave whether it’s an hour or 7 hours he will get on my bed and lay on my pillow or the blanket I have for him on my bed until I come home. He loves to watch the birds and squirrels through the window and chirp.

Unfortunately I lost my job recently and can’t afford all the care he needs. With the cost of his medication it’s can be expensive. I can’t imagine not having him in my life. For him to stay as healthy as he can would mean the world to me! We’ve been through a lot together.
