Negro is a 8 year old Mix-Breed in Fort Worth, TX, who needs $2,000 for Skin Removal.

We adopted negro about 7 1/2 yrs ago from an adoption event. My at the time 2 yr old son wanted to name his new family member and decided to name him by his literal fur color. We also have a 10 yr old Chiweenie that I named Daisy, both negro and Daisy love eachother so much that even if only one of them is going to the vet the other one has to go and that says a lot because they both hate the vet.

My fur baby negro is currently really going through it. In a very short time a skin tag that I was told was nothing to worry about grew and started becoming a problem for him, all while in the same appointment I found out he had a new mass in his groin area and got diagnosed with diabetes which have now created diabetic cataracts. I take them to Banfield but for cataracts he has an eye specialist.

Both of my fur babies are special but negro has really gone through it. When we adopted him he had severe anxiety from previous abuse which he was able to overcome, in his first vet appointment we found out he had parvo which every pet owner knows how hard and deadly parvo is and he was able to overcome that too and even tho he’s facing new medical issues he never fails to show up for you

Throughout all his medical problems I did everything to get him the help he needed. I’m not one to bother others but with all his new medical situations I’ve maxed out my credit cards and I’m financially drained. It’s been months of getting his diabetes under control.
