ACF Animal Rescue is building something Pakistan has never had before: a large-scale, multi-species sanctuary for animals rescued from abuse, violence, and neglect.

In a country with no structured animal welfare system and little legal protection for animals, suffering has become normalized. Animals are caged, beaten, abandoned, and treated as disposable. This sanctuary exists to change that. When complete, it will provide safe, natural, dignified living spaces for up to 5,000 rescued animals across nine different species — while continuing to operate as an active emergency rescue center. We rescue 10–25 animals every single day, and that work does not stop during construction. This is not just a shelter. It is a national model for what humane care looks like.
