Nibbles is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Roanoke, VA, who needs $2,000 for Amputation of Left Rear Leg.

My Nibbles came to me when I moved into a new area. He was living totally outside with 15 other cats in the neighborhood. Me & my neighbor were feeding them. Then Nibbles & his sister came upon my porch after they felt comfortable with me. Nibbles wouldn't come around close for awhile. I called him "Nibbles" because one day when I was going across the yard he jumped up & nibbled my fingers.

I took Nibbles to the vet Dr. Nelson @ Big Lick Veterinary. She said he has a tumor that has ruptured through his skin & is draining. She said that this kind of tumor grows fast, & it can spread to other parts of his body if not removed quickly. It needs to be amputated , she needs to do it next Wednesday 1-29-25. I am a senior citizen & can't afford this. I love my cat very much & he loves me.

Nibbles is a talker kitty, he has some Siamese in him. He is so humble & sweet. Before he got sick, he loved for me to roll his little balls across the floor so he could chase it. He also has a furry mouse filled with catnip that he loves. He used to sleep on the bed with me & his sister until his leg started draining. He can't do that right now it smells bad too. He is an affectionate kitty.

I am a senior citizen, by myself on a fixed income. They keep going up on my lot rent, & my electric bill increased this winter 2 1/2 times what it was 3 months ago. It would mean the world to me & Nibbles, to have each other. He keeps me from getting very lonely. I love him
