Nico is a 4 year old Dachshund in Warwick, RI, who needs $2,000 for Hemilaminectomy.

Nico is my rainbow baby. I’ve had him for almost his whole life. Within these last 4 years he’s helped me find myself again. He’s my best friend and the reason i get up and go to work every day. He gives me all the love and motivation a person could need. Without him I don’t know what I’d do with myself.

Nico has a herniated disk in his back and requires surgery to walk again. The hospital says he has a 75% chance right now if we go through with the surgery as soon as possible.

All he does is show love. He’s always so happy and playful. Running around and giving kisses and always being the life of the room. Hes always wanting to play and be pet and is such a mommas boy. He has the best energy and is always making the people around him laugh and smile with his quirks and antics

This is definitely a sudden major event that I didn’t have the expenses put aside for. Life has thrown every obstacle at me possible. I’m just trying to stay afloat right now and I’ve been doing it all for Nico.
