About this campaign

Fury and his brother were 6 weeks old when we got them in 2014. They happily live with me and my parents. Fury enjoys his days cuddling with his brother and the humans, basking in the sun, and playing in paper bags. He sometimes gets into trouble, but he is overall a good kitty who bring so much joy to the family.

Fury and his brother, Storm Cutter are inseparable. They may have little "disagreements" day to day, but they always makeup and cuddle not to long after. Every night he cuddles up with me, his human mom, and purrs me to sleep. And when I come home from work he is always so happy to see me, and won't settle down until I sit and cuddle him.

I'm 18 years old, working part time and I can't afford this surgery. I've only saved $1000, It's at least 4k, and he needs it soon. If he blocks again he may not survive, and I can't lose him like that. I don't want him to suffer because I couldn't save the funds in time.

He's always had crystals in his urine, which have caused him to get a urinary blockage in 2017. He has been put on a diet to minimize them, but still those crystals have collected into stones that could potentially dislodge and block his urinary tract once again. His primary vet and hospital are Bekah Garrison at VCA Central Kitsap Animal Hospital.

He's a very cuddly cat. He, for some reason, loves kisses on his forehead. If you scratch right above his tail on his back he uncontrollably licks whatever he can reach. He is also so affectionate. He "grooms" the bridge of my nose and I'll give him kisses in return. He also tucks his head into my arm when he lays on my lap.
