Nina is a 4 year old German Shepherd Dog in Temecula, CA, who needs $2,000 for Inner Ear Surgery.

We have had Nina for almost a year! She lives with 2 cats, whom she loves, 2 bunnnies, and her 3 parents! She had a big backyard, she loves going on hikes and walks. And she’s spoiled rotten!

Nina has been through the wringer medically since being rescued. We took her to Murrieta Animal Hospital and they they said she was over bred and neglected. She was pregnant when we got her and we were told she had an inner ear infection that required surgery ASAP. It is treatable, she would just lose most or all hearing in her left ear.

Nina is the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. When we go out she is adored and fawned over. She is quirky, playful, loving, and goofy. She loves people and her cats! She has a family fried puppy that she tolerates (lol) and I know would have more fun and be even more playful than she is now if she was pain free and comfortable!

We are a house of mid 20 year olds who all work full time. One of us is in HR at a casino, the other is a behavioral therapist for kids with autism and the other works at Trader Joe’s. We work hard and love our animals, just can’t seem to get ahead enough to help our baby.
