I adoped Noelle when she was a kitten and she has come along with me on every journey I have gone on. We have lived in two different apartments and three different houses, and she never failed to adapt and thrive, as long as she was with me. She has lived with different dogs and cats and has loved them all. She is the best cat.

Every morning I wake up Noelle is sitting on the edge of my bed waiting for her breakfast. She loves to sit on people's laps and just purr and knead away. At night when she is sure her puppy brother is asleep, she sneaks into my bedroom and sleeps under the covers with me. Although she may be a tiny bit chunky, she still makes her way up to the very top of the cat tower to relax on her throne.

Due to expenses piling up and having to cover another person's needs during the first two years of Noelle's life, I was unable to save and have no emergency fund. I have moved 5 times in her lifetime, once during a global pandemic where my income was simply not sufficient.

Since I adopted her, Noelle has had a problem with her right eye. It has always been cloudy and red with discharge, and her third eyelid covers a large portion of her eye. I have seen numerous vets who kept referring me to an eye specialist, which I have not been able to afford for various personal reasons. Noelle finally has an appointment on June 7th, and she deserves relief.

When I first got Noelle, she was meant to be a companion to my kitten at the time, named Seffy, who had just recently lost a brother to FEL-V. She immediately took to my apartment, exploring the space and monitoring her new kitten sister. It was actually Noelle who helped me realized that Seffy was beginning to decline in her health. Noelle helped me tend to my sick kitten until she passed.
