Nola is a 12-year-old Pitbull in Urbana , IL, who needs $1,000 for Tumor Removal.

Nola was rescued by from an elderly neighbor that couldn’t take care of her anymore and always ended up at our house playing with my son. We have had Nola now for 6 wonderful years.

Nola sleeps with my son who is Special Needs she has trained herself to help him when he needs her which is very helpful.She loves to go for walk in nice weather she doesn’t like the snow,the rain or the cold she’s like me in that aspect.She loves playing fetch and doing zoomies and loves to be a lap dog even though she weighs 50.

She is a ham for the camera. She is such a friendly dog that she wants pets from everyone that if you don’t pet her she throws a fit and barks at you till you come over and pet her I’m like sorry baby but not everyone wants pets and makes me laugh cause she looks at you like what is there problem and mom tell them to com pet me.

Nola has a big nodule on the side of her head and is very warm to the touch and we don’t know if it’s cancerous or not without a biopsy they want to either drain it $600or take it completely off $1000 and test it. I just don’t make enough for all this. She goes to Country view vet clinic in Urbana Illinois.

Just had to have surgery to take all my teeth out and get dentures so can’t afford another hit to the pocket book just yet and it would mean the world to my son to have his dog/child back healthy and not sick.
