About this campaign

Noodle came to me, along with her sister, as a rescue about two years ago. She seemed like a normal cat at first, but eventually she started coughing and what I thought was a stuck hairball turned out to be something much, much worse.

Noodle has spent the past year dealing with idiopathic chylothorax. She had thoracic duct ligation performed in late September 2023 and had a pleural port installed. A second one was installed in November 2023. She is doing well now, but there is going care -- medicine, special diet, and follow-up visits continue.

She likes to play with one of my other cats, and she loves the laser pointer, but mostly Noodle is just chill. She likes to lay in her favorite spots and sleep -- unless she spots a bug, in which case, it's hunting time. She's not outwardly affectionate, but she's very sweet if you pet her or spend time with her.

I do have a job, but the surgical bills are a lot. I still owe the vet -- I am on a payment plan -- and still owe CareCredit. Any thing to help reduce this debt will help. Especially since Noodle requires special food, cat litter, and medication. There is ongoing care/costs
