Nugget is a 5 year old Labrador Retriever in Crystal Beach, ON, who needs $2,000 for TPLO.

My Nugget boy came into my life in January 2021 after my chocolate lab passed away from cancer. Nugget was the fattest puppy and reminded us of a chicken Nugget which is where we got his name. He lives with my husband and I in our tiny 650 square foot house in Crystal Beach. He healed our broken hearts and we love him unconditionally.

My beautiful boy has a severe CCL tear of his left hind knee. He is a bit overweight because yes I simply love him to much and show him with treats. He is currently on a diet which is harder for me than him but we want him to have the best life possible. His vet is Lock One Animal Hospital in Niagara on the Lake, ontario canada.

Everyone in the neighborhood loves and knows Nugget . They stop at our fence to love on him and he barks and calls for them to come pet him. They know his name but call me Nuggets mom. He is the class clown and thinks hes all that and a bag of chips but he loves with his whole heart and soul. He loves camping and swimming.

Life was going good until 2 years ago when my husband was run over my a dirtbike across his chest and almost died. We sold what we could to survive and then 8 months ago Nugget hurt his leg. We tried conservative treatment but it wasnt enough and he now needs 6000 surgery.
