Nugget is a 2-year-old Shorthair Cat in Fort Collins , CO, who needs $2,000 for Full Mouth Teeth Extraction.

Nugget came into our (my partner and I's) life about 2 years ago when we were on a late night grocery store run. We had just walked out of the Groceries when we heard a little "meow" outside under the propane tanks for sale, that is when we met our Nugget. She was a tough one at first to grab ahold of, but she was all alone and just barely a few weeks old, and we new we had to save her.

Now, she is a little of two years old and happy as she can be. She lives with her two older sisters (who we also saved) . She is such a character, her ears pin back when she is in crazy mode, and her eyes get really wide too. She is my baby, she is the first cat that I have had that LOVES to cuddle me back fully. She trusts me completely.

Nugget is so hilarious, I mean all cats are weird in their own ways. Nugget, she loves to talk. She will greet me in the am when I wake up, throughout the day when she has something to say, and at night when its bedtime. She is the sweetest cat, so interested in everything around her. She will lay in my lap and just full trust me. She will look up at me in complete peace.

A few months ago, Nugget started acting unwell. She grew to have super enlarged lymph nodes, which we soon found out that they were trying to help her infection. After a few vet visits and medicine, we have come to the conclusion that she has Stomotitis. Terrible disease that infects her mouth and causes tremendous pain to where she cannot eat. The best option is a full extraction of her teeth.

We only want what is best for our cat, and will do what is necessary to get her the help she needs. This surgery is very expensive and we just cant cover it right now. Anything helps.
