Oak is a 11 year old Mix-Breed in Williamsville , MO, who needs $1,000 for Emergency Spay.

Oak came into my life about 11 years ago. She was just a little puppy. It was a hot August day and someone was broke down on the side of the road and in the back of the truck was this beautiful black puppy almost dead I scooped her up quickly to save her and she survived. She is a delight, even at her age. She’s very active and very personal. She loves to interact with people as well

Her condition is very serious. She has pyometra which is a condition of the female parts. It is life-threatening a very serious condition and unaltered females. She has been on antibiotics for three days now her condition was getting better and now it’s taking another turn for the worst she will have to be spay in order to survive her condition is an emergency and in dire need of help .

Oak is a very playful very social dog. She loves going to visit other people going for rides in the car anywhere we regularly go for kayaking in the spring and summer. She loves to ride on the kayak and hang out with mom on the river. She is so adventurous and has been a blessing to my life. She means the world to me.

As I have visited , her vet to fix the problem. The initial cost has wiped us out. and I’m afraid without any help she will die. To have her healthy and happy again would mean so much words cannot explain as she is a rescue. We bonded immediately.
