Ocho is a 5-year-old Chocolate Lab in Moline, IL, who needs $2,000 for Chemotherapy.

We are so incredibly blessed to have Ocho in our lives. He came home to us at 8 weeks old, after we had chosen him out of his liter at 3 weeks old. In between choosing our sweet boy and bringing him home, we got married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where we picked his name! He has made our lives so much happier since July 27th, 2017!

This baby LOVES his humans! He cannot wait to snuggle as soon as someone new comes in the house and definitely thinks he's a lap dog! He enjoys sleeping next to his Mommy at night, right on Daddy's pillow while he works 3rd shift (Mom loves to send pictures to Dad to rub it in). He is a sucker for toys, he cannot get enough. It's a MUST that he has one in his mouth when he greets you at the door!

Ocho has truly brought so much joy into our lives. It's as if he has a sense for the mood you're in. Bad day? Don't worry, he's on top of you with TONS of kisses. Great day? Let's play! He even has a sense for when Mom's epilepsy is flaring up and will not let her leave the couch in order keep her safe. Life is nowhere near as cheerful without him in it!

After 3 emergency vet visits this month... Ocho has been diagnosed with lymphoma and we are absolutely devastated. There are many treatment options. The best odds for a longer, happy life is 16 weeks of chemotherapy. We are going to do this no matter what it takes! There is absolutely no other option! He is way too important to our family to do anything else!

We have already spent $5000 to find this diagnosis. We just do not have the emergency fund to be able to afford another $8000 in chemotherapy. We will do anything to help our sweet baby boy!
