Oden is a 8-month-old Belgian Malinois in College Park, GA, who needs $2,000 for Broken Femur Repair and Aftercare.

Oden and 2 of his brothers came into our care at 3 weeks old as fosters. All 3 were bottle fed until they were able to tolerate solid food. The person we were fostering the dogs for unfortunately disappeared. We reached out many times but never received a response. We were able to rehome one brother and decided to keep Oden and and another brother. They were a bit timid and attached.

Oden is a bit quiet but he is a ball of energy. He loves to play outside with his brother. Apparently tag is their favorite game! I also have two senior dogs that he gets along with very well. Although they don't quite have his energy level they seem to enjoy his company. Oden loves people, other dogs and children. He loves to go on walks and play with his toys in the yard.

Oden loves to snuggle and he will always nudge you to let you know when he wants attention. During car rides he will always rest his head on my arm or push his head under my hand to be petted.

Oden was injured in a fall while running in the yard. He fell Into a hole that was somehow covered by fallen leaves and pine needles. This fall resulted in a broken femur on Oden's hind right leg

We are on a fixed income. Oden's injury is extensive, the cost for surgery is not attainable for us. We have been quoted costs that range from $5,000-$10,000. We have a total of 6 dogs in our home including both fosters as well as children.
