Odin is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in NAPERVILLE, IL, who needs $2,000 for MCT Removal (Surgery to Remove 3 Mast Cell Tumors).

Odin and his brother Loki were born on September 3. 2014. There was a whole litter of puppies that needed good homes or they'd end up in shelters. We fell in love with two of them. They have been together since the womb and are very attached to each other. They love to play in their fenced back yard and chase squirrels and rabbits. They are very happy and well loved. They are sweet cuddly boys.

Odin has had many medical problems. He started having seizures a few years ago and it's now on medication. The veterinarian recently found several lumps on him
Biopsies were done and he has 3 mast cell tumors. They are growing rapidly. Surgery is the best option. It's a choice of giving him a few more years or only having a few months left.

Odin is just the sweetest gentle giant. He is a good watch dog. He loves babies and always wants to protect any he meets. He's a good brother to Loki and great support for me. He loves pillows and brings them and the house to lay on. It's so adorable. He greets all guests with a pillow and a smile while showing off his adorable wigglebutt. He's our boy. Our Odie boy.

The last straw was when I got let go of my job last fall. With barely any savings, we cut back on expenses and had to cancel the pet insurance. I finally got a new job, but we have no funds for Odin's urgently needed surgery. There's much more to this but no room left.
