I got Odin for my 31st birthday. He was originally my friend’s dog—she rescued him, and I became his forever home. Since he was almost a year old when we met, I didn’t want to change his name, though he’s gathered plenty of nicknames along the way. We've shared quite the adventure over the past four years, and I’m so grateful for every moment. Here's to many more together. 🐾❤️

Back in April, I noticed a lump on Odin’s leg. The vet looked at it and said not to worry, but over the past few months it has grown noticeably bigger. More importantly, it’s starting to bother him. He’s licking it, and I can just tell he’s uncomfortable—even in pain some days. . But the cost of the procedure is more than I can't manage right now. I’m doing everything I can, but I’m falling short

Odin lights up even the worst days. Everyone who meets him falls in love instantly. He’s a Lab to the core—full of love, light, and loyalty. He has a huge personality and isn’t shy about telling you what he thinks, either! He’s playful, expressive, and so full of life. I just want to keep that spark in him alive.

I’m currently in school and recovering from being hit by a truck while riding my bike. That accident has left me with a lot of doctor visits and has made it extremely hard to find work. I don’t have an emergency fund, and I’m scared of losing my baby when it's treatable.
