Oliver was a gift sent to me in desperate time of need. Literally. When my dad passed away in 2020, my mother and I went through a long journey of trying to find a dog for me as I fell into the greatest depression of my life. Two Jack Russel Terriors, one Minature Poodle, and a large hyper dog later, Oliver joined our family, and he has turned my life around for the better.

On a Saturday evening, Oliver got out of our vehicle after a wonderful visit to the park. He spotted something across the street, and took off, hurting his leg in the proccess. Our vet, which is the wonderful Animal Clinic of Millville, NJ, gave us the diagnosis of another ACL tear or a fracture to his leg, hindering him from walking.

Oliver is one of a kind, a lover, a goofball, a ladies man, a protector, and so much more. Often times, if my mom is upstairs and I am downstairs, or one or the other, he will wait on the steps for us. He does rounds around the house to make sure everyone is accounted for, and will sniff your tears away if you are crying (and demand rubs at the same time)

My mother and I are on a fixed income. As a substitute school teacher, and a college graduate, this kind of money is not something we can pull from our finanaces, or appear out of thin air. We need help. Oliver needs help.
