Oliver is a 8-year-old yorkie in Sherman Oaks, CA, who needs $1,750 for Ear ablation lateral bulla osteotomy unilateral.

Oliver was my daugther's dog. Oliver became my dog when she moved out & wasn't able to take him with her. I'm a senior citizen w/ some medical conditions. Oliver is my companion & source of love. He has been a good dog & very healthy one till he got this ear infection that wasn't curable w/ medication. He needs surgery right a way. He was very energetic but now he is in his bed all the time.

He is an indoor dog. I live in a small apartment w/ a friend. Oliver has bed in 3 locations. I take him for walks everyday. He is very social & other dog owners in the neighborhood know him & love him as well. He saves me from loneliness. He brings hope & joy to my life. When I have visitors they enjoy his company as well.

Oliver is very loving & smart. When ever I'm not feeling good he doesn't leave my bed side. I don't know what I would do without him. He was playful & full of energy before he got sick & he was always excited to go out & socialize w/other dogs & owners in the neighborhood. It is really sad & stressful to see him in this condition.

Oliver's ear need surgery in order to get rid of the infection. His ear is irritated all the time. Since he has scratched them all the time they bleed although I have protection around his neck. Name of the hospital is Kinder4pet. Their cost for surgery was less than anywhere else. If anybody can recommend somewhere else that is less expensive please let me know ASAP. Oliver will lose his hearing.

I'm a senior citizen living month to month on my social security check which is way less than Oliver's medical expenses. Oliver is my love & hope. His medical condition puts severe pressure on my medical condition.
