About this campaign
I got Ollie as a gift for my 18th birthday. I met him at a little over 2 weeks old and fell in love with him. Before we brought him home, he had a mast cell tumor on his back left leg. It was a low grade tumor meaning he didn’t have to have any further cancer treatment. I am an 18 year old 2025 graduate trying to figure out life with an over $9,000 vet bill.
Ollie is a curious dog and always has been. He wandered into the trash bag and ate our corn cobs out of the bag. A couple days later he was throwing up pieces of it and proceeded to throw up multiple times after. The following morning he wouldn’t eat or drink so he was taken to V.E.G hospital in Pittsburg and they decided he needed surgery to remove the last piece. If they weren’t he would’ve died
Ollie loves his chuck it and his kong frisbee. He loves riding in the car with his head out the window. He loves his best friend Bella who is a cane corso. They love horsing around in the yard. He loves his family. He is a skittish dog but once he gets to know you he is stuck to your hip.
I just graduated high school in June. I work at a local restaurant in Ligonier making a little over minimum wage. I moved out of my house and don’t have a car. This vet bill is stretching my budget. I make half of the monthly payment per month.
