I'm a responsible and diligent puppy owner his well-being is of utmost concern to me I'm reaching out for a helping hand or resources to address my puppy's complaint I am low income and in a very bad situation but I am not indigent and I'm willing to meet someone halfway who's willing to help me the other part of the way so that I am sure that my daughter is able to bond and keep her loving puppy
