Opie is a 4 month old French Bulldog in Newark, DE, who needs $2,000 for Orthopedic Surgery.

Four months old got hurt. We love him very much and want to help him with the surgery. I can afford some of the vet bill for the surgery, but not all of it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
