Oreo, a resilient kitten from a Nebraska farm, was the only survivor of his litter. Now 2, he adores his kitty brother Kristoff, gazing at him in awe. Our "double stuffed kitty" never misses a meal and sports tuxedo fur with black cookie spots and white cream-puff fluff. Oreo's synergy in our family holds an unbreakable, irreplaceable place in our hearts.

La Vista Days parade bogged our neighborhood streets. Oreo, excited, ran across & was hit by a speeding SUV that fled. Urgent Pet Care found road rash, & no major injuries. Days later, an abscess & fever led to antibiotics & surgery for dying tissue. Oreo’s recovery looks good, but more surgeries may follow. His first debridement is June 12 at Best Care Pet Hospital. He’s a true survivor.

Oreo is a lively and curious boy, always ready to pounce or flex his muscles to assert his playful dominance at home. His loving heart enchants everyone, drawing them and us into his orbit. With his passion for cat TV, salmon feasts, sunbathing, car rides, and deeply affectionate nature, He’s taught our household to open our hearts, feel and share more love with each other.
