My daughter got oreo from a military family in 2008 and oreo has been appart of the family for 16 years now.A few weeks ago a.mass.came up on her belly and the vet says it is a tumor.The vet sent us to a low cost anicira veterinary center in manassaa Virginia and the can do the mass removal for $1700 and I have received a grant for $200 so we need $1500 more to remove the mass.Thank you
