Orion is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in Cypress, TX, who needs $5,100 for Hospitalization from Complications from Cystotomy.

We welcomed Orion into our lives 4 years ago. Scooped him up from Harris County Pets. He was the calmest boy there and our son loved the pink spot on his nose. It was a perfect match.

Last Tuesday I noticed while out on a walk that Orion could not pee. I took him to the Animal ER in Cypress, TX where xrays confirmed some bladder stones. An emergency cystotomy later at Lone Star Vet and we thought we were in the clear, but his inability to urinate remained. More vet visits and no ER trips bring us to where we are now. They are formulating next steps.

Orion is the sweetest dog we've had. Always ready for a snuggle and excited to go for walks. Whenever you need an ear to listen his ready to be there with an outstretched paw or head on your shoulder.

The initial costs were tough but manageable, but with the jury still out on what the issue is and more treatments upcoming, we are fast approaching our financial limit. We are not ready to give up on our sweet boy but soon it might not be up to us.
