Oswald is the heart of our family. He came into our lives in February of 2025 on a cold snowy day. We visited our local humane society just to pet some cuties. We saw the tiniest little pup all alone, the last of his litter. We all immediately fell in love, but specifically my 7 year old son. They have been inseparable ever since. They play all day, and snuggle together all night. True besties!

Ozzy began throwing up and he suddenly became much worse. He was lethargic and became cold to the touch. Our vet admitted him but within an hour determined his needs were beyond what they could care for. His blood test came back very concerning and X-rays inconclusive. We transferred to BluePearl Animal Hospital. He was quickly moved to critical care where he remains, still unsure of what's wrong.

Oswald is best friends with his 8 year old human brother. They love camping together and of course sleeping all snuggled up. He also looks up to his big dog sister who taught him how to dog. He copies everything she does whether she likes it or not. Oz is a friend to all. Everyone he meets from cats and wild critters to the people in his favorite stores. He is truly one of a kind.

I am currently in between jobs and the cost of his care is rising rapidly. I injured my back at my long time job and am set to start a new position within a few weeks. I can't put into words how important Oswald is to us and what it would mean to have him back home.
