Otis Finn is a 2 year old Labrador Retriever in Adolphus, KY, who needs $2,000 for TPLO Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy.

Otis boy was a Christmas gift when he was 7 weeks old. He came at a time where my senior lab was dying from cancer. He is the only pet in my household which me and him live in a 12x32 shed studio apartment & he definitely makes himself known. He has been a wild ball chasing boy up until his knees gave out and he is 2 months shy of 2 years old.

He has been diagnosed with Hereditary Cranial Cruciate Ligament Disease (acl knee) in both hind legs. He needs 2 orthopedic surgeries that have a terrific outcome and are about 4-6 weeks apart. His first surgery is September 10, 2024. The surgeon comes to Otis's vet clinic which is Scottsville Animal Hospital

Otis LOVES to chase a ball & bring it back to you to throw again & again which he no longer can do. He is very vocal with no inside voice. He is people crazy & knows several words & names as he will go look out the door when names are mentioned. His favorite word is "cheese" & he can hear a cheese wrapper open even in his sleep. Otis is my big boy & I love him even tho he ate my futon as a puppy.

I am on a limited income due to numerous lower back surgeries and such so I receive my monthly disability check from when I was a hairdresser To have my Otis be able to fetch his ball, run & play with the grandkids, and just be able to get up on his own will be wonderful!
