Otis is a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd in South Pasadena , CA, who needs $2,000 for TPLO SURGERY X 2.

Otis is a 1 ½ Australian Shepherd. We fell in love the moment we met and adopted him on 11/29/23 from the Pasadena Humane Society. He was surrendered by his prior family for reasons unknown.

He immediately became part of our family and is loved beyond words - a goofy Aussie wiggle butt.
Otis lives with our family and three cats. He is the sweetest most friendly pup we have ever met.

Otis loves life! He is smart, sweet, and anything that squeaks. He thinks he’s a lap dog and loves-loves- loves any type of affection - kisses & belly rubs. He needs to be by someone’s side at all times.

We met with the Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Jaron Naiman, DVM at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital where Otis was dx with 2 Cranial Cruciate Ligament ruptures & Meniscal tear. We were told the CCL ruptures likely happened within the last 6 months and the was causing the severe pain. Otis needs to have 2 TPLO (tibial plateau leveling osteotomy) surgeries!

Currently taking Pain Medication until surgery.

We have unexpected catastrophic expenses due to a family member’s diagnosis with Autoimmune Encephalitis, Dysautonomia, and Primary Immune Deficiency since being infected with Covid in 2022.

We have exhausted all options.
