Ozzie is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Bensalem, PA, who needs $2,000 for CAT Scan and Potential Leg Amputation.

We adopted Ozzie from Burlington County Animal Alliance 7 1/2 years ago. He quickly became a part of the family and is now facing the hardest time in his life.

Ozzie has been diagnosed with a nerve sheath tumor. The next step is to get a CAT scan to find out if he is a surgical candidate. If he is, the vet said that by removing his leg, he won’t be in anymore pain.

When Ozzie was much more mobile, he enjoyed going for walks in nature, and wading in creeks, lakes and rivers, as long as he could touch the bottom. Now, he just loves laying outside on the front lawn and feeling the sun on his fur.

My husband has been unemployed for 2 years. My job has allowed me to keep up with the bills. Everything that we have done for Ozzie’s medical expenses so far, has been paid for with credit cards.
