Ozzie is a 10 year old Maltese in Mead, WA, who needs $1,800 for Surgical Mass Removal.

She is a rescue that belonged to a friend. For what ever reason she became extremely attached to me. She is named after Ozzy Osbourne, I didn't name her. I started paying for her grooming and vet bills so she was given to me.

Ozzie has a skin mass in between her shoulder blades that is infected and growing. She is on antibiotics but they are having little affect. She began treatment at the end of Sept. I was quote $1100 originally to have it removed. Took her in 10/17 to have her looked at again and infection is not improving and mass is growing rapidly under her coat. Now the cost of removal is up to $2800.

This dog has been by my side for the last 5 years. I really didn't want her at first but I couldn't imagine being without her now. I have had several dogs around me through out my life, but this one is different. I have become really attached to her and I am not ready to let her go yet.

I can come up with $1000 for this treatment. I have lost my job so I have no income right now. I have some family members helping me but the $2800 bill is a bit too much.
