About this campaign

About a year ago, we found Padfoot limping across the street. Her paw was injured and she had a limp, dragging the paw across the hot asphalt. She was in rough shape; she had worms, fleas, upper respiratory infection and nerve damage in her paw. Meaning she will never have use of that paw again. The vet didn’t think she would make it through the night. So, we did what we could to save this kittens life and got all the medicine she needed. The vet also said they would probably have to amputate the leg because down the road it could get infected and causing inflammation on that paw. One year later it has come to that. It has already been inflamed once and we got her medicine for it and the inflammation went down. But now its back a few months later and it’s now infected. We, of course, are doing what we can because we love this kitten to death and would do anything for her. We got her medicine for the inflammation and infection. But the vet said it’s going to keep happening and with most of her weight leaning on that paw it is very uncomfortable and painful for her.
