Paisley is a 5-year-old Puggle in Charlestown, RI, who needs $2,000 for surgery.

I moved into a little studio condo at 17. It was so empty and lonely. That's when I decided to get a best friend. Paisley chose me. She came up to me and was climbing all over me giving me kisses. I knew. She was the one. My first baby! Now at 5 years old Paisley has grown into a big sister! She has a 4-year-old kitty cat sister, a 2-year-old human baby, and a 1-year-old doggo sister.

She's the absolute sweetest. Dealing with everything from kitty scratches to toys to the head and her much larger little sister roughhousing with her. Paisley has certainly managed to hold her own over the years. She's the sweetest girl ever. Her snuggles make me melt, which by the way is every night!! I think Paisley thinks she shares her bed with me... I let her think that to keep her happy.

I am a stay at home mother. When Covid hit I was laid off. I got hired with a company but cannot start for another 5 weeks due to needing the Covid vaccine first. I would give anything to help Paisley. I've already maxed out cards to get her comfy. I can't figure out surgery money.

Paisley is currently admitted at Ocean State 24 hour animal hospital. She was hit by a car and now needs a major surgery on her hips. She has many fractures in her pelvic area that they say will heal on their own. Paisley broke her illium which connects her hip to the back. The right side dislocated her hip from her spine. Both sides have other fractures as well but again those will heal. She needs plates.

Paisley is the best in every way, shape, or form. (Don't tell her siblings.) She's always the first to come when the baby cries. She's a leader not a follower. If Paisley is chasing something down and someone joins in for the fun she will let you take it and go find something new. Comes in handy with a toddler in the house!
