My husband and I rescued Pandora 6 years ago. When we rescued her she had been there for months, no one wanted her because she has a growth on her leg, she’s old, and she is shy and scared. When we rescued her we watched her go from a timid scared dog, to a playful sweet heart. She is truly my soul dog. She has been with me through the death of multiple grandparents, the birth of my son, and more.

Pandora has a growth on her back left leg that she has had since she was rescued, but now has a new one forming on her front left leg along with spreading black spots. She is also losing control of her urination. She will be going to VCA animal hospital in Joliet.

She is my best friend. She is my son’s best friend. He is almost 2 and he loves her to death. She just sleeps and cuddles and loves you. Her nickname is panda, and panda kisses are rare but when you get one, you can feel her love.

We are a one income family of 3 (our son is 20 months old). We are in the middle of moving after my husband had been out of work due to my medical issues. We are still catching up on bills.
