Parker should have never known this kind of cruelty.

The other night, a neighbor was startled by the sound of a dog screaming in pain. When our volunteer rushed outside, he saw an intoxicated man nearby. Not thinking too much of it, he returned to his house. A few days later, Parker, the drunk man’s dog, returned with devastating injuries including deep lacerations that appear to have been intentionally inflicted. The wounds were severe, and by the time he was found again, they had already begun to show signs of infection.

Thanks to the quick actions of compassionate rescuers at Stray Animal Foundation of India, Parker was rushed to the veterinary clinic, where his emergency treatment began immediately. He is receiving wound care, pain management, antibiotics, and the medical attention he desperately needs to give his body a chance to heal.

No animal deserves to suffer at the hands of cruelty. Parker has already endured far too much unimaginable pain, but with proper veterinary care, he has a chance to recover both physically and emotionally.
