My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog and decided to look on the Humane Societies website and found Parker. It was love at first picture. We put an application in and found out that he was able to be adopted. The only thing was he had kennel cough. we waited for over a month for him to get better before we could meet him. When we met him it was instant that he was our forever dog!

Parker loves to cuddle and always wants to keep an eye on us. You walk into the other room and always expect to hear his claws on the floor right behind you. He wants to either sleep in bed with us or right on the floor next to you. He is definitely a mommy's boy. He loves human interaction and can not be without it. That is one of the amazing part of him, how loving he is.

During the pandemic my boyfriend and I both lost our jobs. we're trying to get back up on our feet. Parkers health is the most important thing to us! He means the world of us and he deserves the best care possible.

When we first got him he seemed pretty healthy after such a long time at the humane society. But after about three weeks or so we noticed that he was chewing and licking himself at night. We try to stop him from doing it as much as we can but we have to sleep too, right? So after about two weeks of him doing that he started to get hot spots. He's got quite a few of them now and we're really concerned

He loves his Nerf ball! he is a ball dog. always wanting to play fetch. Parker does this adorable head tilt when he hears a specific sound or if you talking to him. After playing fetch with him for about 30 minutes or so he'll Tucker out and lay on his bed and chew on his ball by himself. He will fall asleep chewing on his ball or bone.
