Patch is a 2-month-old puppy in Huntington, WV, who needs $1,400 for Eye removal and Parvo-virus.

Patch is a teeny tiny puppy - only 5 pounds - who we pulled from a rural Kentucky shelter because of an eye injury. He likely experienced a traumatic event before coming into the shelter damaging his eye, and we could see it needed to be removed as soon as possible.

We had surgery set up, but he started showing signs of parvo the first afternoon in foster. Parvo-virus is a very serious sickness that spreads easily between dogs. It spreads easily and can be deadly if not treated quickly.

Thankfully, he was already out of the shelter and in a foster home where his illness was promptly noticed. The vet team acted fast to start treatment, which saved his life.

At only 8 weeks old, little Patch has endured more trauma and illness than any dog ever should. Can you help us cover his parvo treatment ($840) and surgery to remove his eye ($560).
