Patches is my grandfather’s dog. He lives with me right now since my grandfather is in a personal care home. We take Patches for visits at the PCH so that he can spend time with my grandfather, the staff, and other residents. He is a joy to everyone he visits.

Patches was diagnosed with seizures. He will get aggressive before a seizure and will try to bite due to being scared. He is doing better now that he is on medications to address the seizures. To help with his aggression, we want to get him neutered. Due to seizures, we are not able to use a low-cost neutering clinic.
