From The Shadows Of A Hoarding Case To Emergency Surgery, Docile Survivor Now On A Long Road To Recovery

Poor Paw McCartney has had it rough from the start. He was rescued from an animal hoarding case. He reeked of cigarette smoke & cat urine when we got him. His mom was so stressed out that she overgroomed & essentially ate his ears off. He recently tore out his claw playing and needs a toe amputation. He can't seem to catch a break! We want him to heal and be available to find a loving forever home! He deserves it

He will need to have 1 toe amputated. He tore the tissue around his claw so deeply that bone was exposed and the tissue is dying off. He is being treated by the veterinarian team at VCA Loomis.

Paw is truly the sweetest feline I have encountered in all my years in this field. He is docile, sweet, calm and loving. He loves to be held like a baby, purring and slow blinking.

We are a very small non-profit helping where we can. We have had 2 emergencies pop up and have no funds to get these kitties the treatment they need and deserve to be healed, happy and healthy.

Medical costs in cases like this are incredibly high, and we are determined to get Paw across the finish line so he can finally find the forever home he’s deserved since day one. No amount is too small. Every dollar goes directly to Paw’s surgery bill and post-op care. ❤️‍🩹
