Paxton is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Perkinsville, VT, who needs $800 for Heartworm and Giardia, Lyme Illness Test.

During the Fall of 2001, I worked from home in Flagstaff, AZ and decided it was a suitable time to adopt a pup from the Humane Society. After meeting floppy eared Paxton at 4 months, it was obvious we were a good fit for each other. Prince Paxton was born from a litter on the Navajo Reservation; a shy pup with people, he loves to play. He is joyful of life, and ready for all outdoor adventures.

Paxton has had very minor medical hiccups, and I was always able to provide for his medical needs until now. He had two surgeries before he was 9 months old. He needed a baby tooth removed that was stuck and wouldn't fall out, and a fatty lipoma removed that was growing on top of his head, which the vet determined was harmless. It interfered with his rigorous physical play, and I had it removed.

Paxton is extremely sweet and so well-behaved. He is the most civilized, polite, and courteous boy, always wanting affection and attention, he knows he's loved and safe and never strays, he's very friendly, loyal to his dog friends. An excellent traveler, Paxton loves to hike wide open spaces, but is nervous in new situations or with new people and needs company if anxious about his surroundings.

I've been unemployed for 15 months; the worst financial crisis I've ever experienced. I had no income or cash on hand since 11/2023; and Paxton has suffered a loss of quality of life, as well as medical protections and upkeep. He needs his vaccines, and tests.
