About this campaign
Peaches is our 2-year-old Golden Retriever, a gift from a family friend. She started off shy but quickly became playful, affectionate, and full of energy. We live in Princeton, NC, and she spends her days running in our backyard or providing love and affection indoors. She lives with two other pets and loves fetch, whether it be with her many toys or sticks, and her favorite Gravy Train meals.
Peaches is struggling with a persistent flea infestation. We've tried multiple over-the-counter treatments, which only offer temporary relief. She's losing weight and experiencing hair loss from constant scratching. We hope to take her to Johnston Animal Hospital in Smithfield, NC for proper care and lasting treatment.
Peaches is a joyful, affectionate dog who brings constant energy and love into our home. She bounces between family members looking for playtime or cuddles and always has a stick ready for fetch. Her playful nature lifts our spirits daily. She’s more than a pet—she’s family, and life wouldn’t be the same without her.
With rising bills and no pet insurance, it's been hard to afford a vet visit on my husband's income. It would mean so much to get Peaches the care she needs. Our older dog, Kahlua, is nearing the end of his life, and soon Peaches will be our only family dog. We want her happy.
