Well Penn came into my life about 3 years ago just before Valentine’s Day and a few days before my bday as well. He was giving to me by an ex whom never treated me right besides getting Penn for me.. Penn and I reside in east Harlem. Although we live in a studio,, and things couldn’t have got worse for us. We are now force to move, although it would be for the best so Penn has more room.

Despite pen being a healthy 3yo basenji mixed dog im seeking help in getting him the care he needs to rid this papiloma virus he contracted from another dog, this can be easily taken care of by having the surgery he so desperatly need in order for which he could be cured or removed.from his face. Besides one of my closest friend which Penn is always overly excited when he sees him. Penn is unable to play with other pups because he is contagious and I don’t want him to spread it like how he got it.
