My name is Jennifer Morgan. My dog Penny was a year old when a girl friend from Arizona who now live in Los Angeles offered if I would like to have a dog. I said "NO" because I was living alone, younger and loves to go out. 2 weeks passes by and there goes my girl friend again asking me to take the dog. I asked a whole bunch of questions about the dog's breed and age. She said Terrier Mix. So I gave in and decided to take the dog. Needless to say, my girl friend went back to Arizona to visit her folks and brought back Penny. Penny was her parents neighbor's dog who was kept caged in the garage. I don't know exactly how Penny was treated. All i know Penny was wrapped in baby blanket, shivering, and extremely malnourished when she got back to L.A. My heart dropped ...
