Penny is a 11 year old Golden Retriever in Toledo, OH, who needs $1,750 for Pain Management/Extraction Dentistry.

This is my dog, Penny. I rescued her in July of 2019. She came to me via a foster family who cared for her when she arrived from China! She was going to be food there. Since we have been together we have gone through big life events: college, moving, marriage. She loves giving you her paw even if you do not ask! She has a stuffed whale named Stanley that she takes everywhere.

Penny's medical issue is her teeth/gums. Since she was raised from a pup for food, dental care was never done and now she has some infected gums and needs teeth pulled. She has some swelling on her muzzle due to the infected gums. She will loose multiple teeth.

Penny carries her stuffed whale around wherever she goes! She likes to follow me everywhere and sits close or in my lap. She will offer me her paw all the time and LOVES to be petted. She loves walks and being outdoors . Laying in the grass is her favorite activity. She loves people very much and makes friends wherever she goes.

Due to being out of work for 6+ months and trying to save, it is hard to afford this medical care. She is the sweetest girl to us and I would really love to help her teeth/gums out. Please help Penny out.
