Pepper is a 4 month old Mix-Breed in Cut off, LA, who needs $2,000 for Cast/Surgery (Surgery is Recommended by Vet).

Pepper was one of 9 puppies in her litter! She currently lives as the only puppy in the house and she runs it!! She was previously placed into her first home at 7 weeks for about 3 days before they surrendered her back covered in fleas..roundworms..and dirt. We immediately got her where she needed to be and into the happy girl she is now.

Pepper unfortunately tried to be a big girl and jumped off the bed by herself and injured her back right leg. We have come to find out that it is fractured in her tibial area and will permanently affect her movement if it doesn’t get repaired soon.

Pepper is the most energetic puppy we have ever come across in our entire lives. She is persistent and definitely likes to get her way. She absolutely loves to run and play with her toys so this injury is really setting her back in her development.

Pepper is our first puppy together. Me and my partner are freshly 22 and 20 years old. This was a complete shock to us and we are devastated that this happened under our watch. We want our girl to have the best life possible.
