At 12 Years Young, Pepper June Deserves a Fresh Start

Pepper June may be 12 years old, but her story is just beginning. This tiny six-pound sweetheart recently found herself alone and without a home after being picked up as a stray and brought to the county shelter. We may never know how she ended up there, but one thing is certain: despite everything she has been through, Pepper June has never stopped loving.From the moment she arrived at Animalluvers Dream Rescue, this gentle senior girl won everyone over with her sweet personality and trusting heart.

As Pepper June settled into rescue, it became clear that she had been living with severe dental disease for far too long. Dental pain can make it difficult to eat, play, and enjoy life, yet she never complained. Determined to give her the comfort she deserves, Pepper June underwent a much-needed dental procedure with the incredible team at Harmony Vet Care. She received a dental cleaning and multiple extractions to relieve her pain and improve her quality of life.

Now, she is recovering beautifully and getting ready for the next chapter of her journey: finding the loving forever home she deserves.
